I have a satisfying sense of pride and happiness in being the Secretary of Agurchand Manmull Jain College for the last 28 eventful years. This institution is dedicated to the principles of Sathya, Dharma and Ahimsa and aims at moulding the character of its students and helping them attain higher standards of intellectual excellence. Along with subjects of Arts and Sciences we also teach the Philosophy of tolerance and compassion so that each individual emerges as a better human being.

We constantly introspect and review our performance keeping in mind the dreams of our beloved Founder and my late father Padma Shri Mohanmullji Chordia. We plan meticulously for the years ahead and pledge to rededicate ourselves to the cause of quality education and open new vistas in the arena of learning and research.

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to our college website.

I am honored to serve as Principal of any Alma Mater. I take humble pride in sharing with you that I did my B.Com. (1980-1983), M.Com. (1983-1985) and Ph.D. from A.M.Jain College.

We offer an intense academic experience focusing on acquisition of skills and values, leadership opportunities, character building, exposure to technologies and development of pertinent skills so that our students can compete with their global counter parts.

As a team working together we equip students with the knowledge and skills in their respective subject areas along with the right attitude, good character and true sense of human values.

We strive for building a better future for our students. Over the years, we have produced alumni who have become well renowned in their respective fields and have made our institution proud.

Shift II is the expanding wing of A. M. Jain College with twenty- three under graduate courses and three Post Graduate Programs. To enhance the employ-ability of our students we offer innovative, career oriented and tailored courses that match contemporary trends like Visual Communication, Computer Science, Electronic Media, Interior Design and Decor, Tourism and Travel Management etc. There are also a whole lot of specialized Commerce courses that help students to face the challenges of current business environment.

         Our commitment is to empower our students to become innovative thinkers, creative problem solvers and inspired learners. We provide them a safe and intellectually challenging environment. We support the individual well-being and allow every student to thrive as they work towards achieving their best performance. They are the future of the world.
